Classic or Skate
The fees for all the loppet events increase closer to the event as itemized below. Note that we are not able to accept any late registrations or changes after registration has closed and change fees apply to any changes before then.
There are discounts for loppet registrants who have purchased a Whistler Olympic Park (WOP) season pass for the current season (before registering for the loppet):
- Adults – $15 discount
- Youth (18 and under) – $6.50 discount

Pre-registration ends: December 31, 2025
Early Bird ends: February 14, 2026
Registration closes: February 25, 2026 (absolutely no registrations after this date)

Registration fee includes trail pass. ParaNordic Standing skiers will receive a $20 discount on the loppet fees.

Please select your category carefully as the above change fees apply.
There is no refund if the fee for the new distance is lower and any increase in fees (due to selecting a higher distance) must be paid in addition to the change fee. Technique changes are not allowed. Contact the race secretary at secretary@payak.ca to request distance changes or with any corrections required to your registration.
